Here are the two trees we bought on Thursday, delivered today.
Harry has been for some compost for the holes & we have watered them.

Three good things:
1. Harry has had his booster jab this morning…another Phizer so that’s three doses of the same one.
2. I’m riveted by the book I’m reading, never read anything like it in my life!! What a story! I Am Pilgrim.
3. A new season of Strictly Come Dancing started tonight.
These trees look lovely. I’ll have to check out that book as I need another one. No going to the library now for 6 weeks! Still at no library lockdown level for at least another 10 days, so I’m making good use of the kindle.
Two beautiful trees -- just think , your own living Christmas tree , year after year . I love the blue green colour of the Spruce . The deciduous tree will be a beauty with its variegated leaves and willowy structure !
Nice trees. Must check out the book. I have just read Soldier Spy and I Spy by Tom Marcus, true stories about an M15 spy. Great reads. The reality of a spy is totally different to fiction.
