Setting sun by happypat

Setting sun

A low sun setting in the west lit the garden up beautifully.
It’s been a really busy day today.
I have been to physio & got the time wrong arriving forty minutes too early. I was cross when patients going in before me had arrived later. It was only after I went in I realised my timing was wrong. Infuriating as I have had loads to do today.
Our new bed has come & the guys moved our old bed into the spare bedroom for us too.

Three good things:
1. I sold a pine chest of drawers on market place….nine people after it in the end. He picked it up at 9am this morning.
2. I collected my engagement ring after its repair & also a painting Cathy bought me in Rome which I have had framed. Framing is a very expensive job I have discovered!
3. An adventure tonight as we are sleeping in our old bed in the spare room as the bigger bedding size isn’t arriving until tomorrow.
Oh I hate when I get an appointment wrong. But better early than late. Love the golden light.

Lovely expanse of green lawn to look out on and appreciate the light. Hope the physio helped and you have some exercises to do. It is the right sort of exercises that the physio can tell you that is the best. Fun to sleep in your spare room and look forward to a new bed! I'm sure you will love it!

Wonderful light. (Our son nearly had a fit when he discovered how much a frame for a large print of a photo of mine cost!)

@quietpurplehaze So did I Hazel….I paid £73 today for a roughly 19inches by 11inch mounted frame. Sure it was lots less last time but I didn’t like to say anything.

@beryl @busylady @essiesue @joansmor @boxplayer @julzmaioro

Thank you all & of course you are all right better to be early than late & that is my motto….I absolutely have a thing about being late. I’m always chivvying Harry along because if course farmers are not really driven so much by the clock as you would be in an office so he has no concept of time much! 🤣🤣

Oh, your garden is looking really good! Super capture. Re the physio, better early than late!!! I have a felt picture getting framed at the moment. It takes ages to get it done, and it's very expensive. My daughter recently found this out too, as she's decorating her new apartment - however, she's also discovered the frameless frames ... a lot cheaper!

@jamibann The framers have made a lovely job of it Issi & the picture was a gift so I didn’t mind paying but I’ve had four done now & no more! I’m sure the others weren’t as expensive as that….par for the course these days I expect. The frameless ones would be a good alternative.
