A trip to Cork today.
A lovely city which we have been to a few times before.
The English Market is always good for a few photos.
This girl in her lilac tee shirt just walked into sight as I got my camera out!
The weather has been beautiful today.
A bit of shopping done of course!
Ah, Cork. That brings me back. John participated in a drilling campaign near Cork over 30 years ago, and I went over for the weekend (on the crew change flight) when he was working there. The flight was quite the experience and Cork and Kinsale were delightful places with some great restaurants as I recall.
Aaah, memories for me too! Many moons ago, Hubby and I hiked the Kerry Way up in the mountains above the Ring of Kerry. 120 miles in 9 days. It was challenging, sometimes very wet and one of the best holidays I ever had. Fond memories of flying into Cork before heading to start the hike at Killarney.
