I tried to take the fountain in the lake through the end of the ruined boat house at Lytham Hall.
Didn’t quite work somehow but I like the detail of bricks, ladder & general mess left of this rather nice boat house.
Three good things:
1. A lovely lunch with NFU Lady Farmers in Out Rawcliffe.
2. The drive people have been here all day but annoyingly not coming again until next week. They have worked hard today but I have a feeling we will have to be patient! ☹️
3. I wore a dress…a rare occasion but I like wearing dresses with boots so it’s that time of the year again.
Don’t think the iPhone does dof very well. But as you say the brick detail is great. I like that the arch is shaped like the front of a boat too, which is apt for a boat house.
Such an interesting find - great detail and textures, love the brickwork, the tumble down and supported wall amongst all the beautiful soft tones of Autumn in the trees Love it-fav
Frustrating when the workers just don't get on with the job.
