After breakfast this morning I remembered to make my pancake mix.
I’ve always been told its better if it stands for a while.
I’ve been out with my friend with the broken arm again today. She can’t drive yet so I’m always keen for a day out so we went to Lytham again to get a smaller size in the top she bought the first time we went.
Lunch out at Lytham Kitchen…..the best panini I have ever eaten.
A glass of water with ice & a slice of lemon……it’s the little things!!
@busylady Yes sugar inside Judith…we had four each! That’s all though as we had both eaten out today! I told Harry to have a big lunch like me so I didn’t have to cook!
They look delicious. I never think of Shrove Tuesday here in Australia and I haven't made pancakes for years. You have inspired me and I will make them tonight.
