Picking up the morning paper.

This was Harrys job until the last month.
He always got up at 6.15am & out of the house by 6.40 to walk to the village. .now instead I’m going in the car to pick it up.
This morning someone came in different transport a little grey Fergie.
I tend to see the same people every morning & there are lots of walkers, cyclists, buggy riders & of course like me in the car.
I must say it’s a very nice time of the day to be out even though I’m an hour later than Harry.

We have been out for lunch today, just a change of scene really but we weren’t long out but it’s a start.

Yes, that's my job first thing in the morning too. I started doing it when we gave up on the unreliable supply of paper boys. It's only a 5 minute walk, and only to the Co-op, not a nice local shop like yours
