Rhubarb by happypat

Rhubarb

Seen in the English Market in Cork.

It was so fresh & very newly picked!

Busy day. We had our ears syringed, the window & door fitter came to service them & Harrys car was away for a service together with the trailer as the lights weren’t working.

A Richter scale 6 earthquake hit central South Island NZ yesterday. My son & DIL certainly felt it roll a bit, some minor damage to a building & it was lucky their dresser was fixed to the wall!
Hope @maggiemae is OK.
love a bit of rhubarb Pat , we've had 4 crops from ours so far

Just a mild shake where we are, Pat....the light fittings waggled. we grow our own rhubarb and eat it for 3/4 of the year for breakfast - whether we like it or not!

Does look fresh. All go for you today. Glad all was ok with your family down under. We experienced a level 5 once when we lived in Cyprus, that was scary, with pictures banging against the wall, so a 6 would be quite a bit bigger. Hopefully there was just the one shake.

They had a small aftershock a couple of hours later but all ok. They had a warning on their mobiles a couple if minutes before I believe.
