I say bowlers but the bowling has taken second place to bowlers that lunch this year.
A very wet summer & some ill health among the team means they lunch more than they bowl at the moment!
Open every day of the week now…..lots of cafes these days seem to be shut on a Monday & Tuesday but Leonie standing in the doorway is really keen to be open very day.
I have been to the cinema to watch The Great Escaper. A true story starring Michael Caine & Glenda Jackson. I must say Glenda stole the show.
@busylady well no I think it suits men to as it’s the DDay landings. It dies make you think of old age a bit though which is quite a though when you’re getting older! It’s certainly not just a woman’s picture! Very moving I thought!
