Nice capture. Love how you composed it. I like driftwood, as none of itis the same, all have different textures and shapes.

@seanoneill @grannysue Thank you both I was quite pleased how this turned out considering it's just a bit of old wood blown in by the tide !!! Will catch up on your photos soon !

superb shot Pat, I love Lindisfarne - great tones to this. I was going to see if you were about to meet up this weekend as I was passing through but then realised you were away! typical! perhaps next time, I'm sure it won't be long til i'm back up, I realised how much I missed the Lakes!

Oh my and here I was thinking it was a carved cockeral with a big comb on his head!! and the wind made it!! Have just discovered framing!! It really is effective. DRiftwood is beautiful and this is a lovely shot.
