Kelso by happypat

Kelso

Harry & I were very impressed with this little town of Kelso. It had a beautiful cobbled square surrounded by some lovely shops but still had that rather old fashioned feel of a country town.
I bought some new covers for my Aga lids with rows of bunting pictured on them especially for the Diamond Jubilee.
How I wish my town is as neat and clean as this one!

@ellida Quite right & that is the word I would use , austere, but in a good way with nothing frilly about the town !
