This is the little wood Harry planted when we retired from farming two years ago.
The trees have really grown & are looking so healthy. He watered then every night for months after he planted them & it really paid off.
I think Harry and Jim would get on fabulously. Jim plants trees on every inch of our land and almost seems to have a personal relationship with each one
@jgpittenger I am sure you are right Jane Harry is still planting trees & is quite obsessed with them !! Must admit they do look good !! Have to be careful where to put them though haven't you & not get carried away !!!

@fannyb Lovely blue sky but simply perishing Fanny ! So ready for some warm sun !!! We have a field we kept back when we sold the farm bit but Harry is beginning to eye the edges of that too !!
Beautiful photo. I can see a lot of work went into the planting and care giving of the trees. Having trees around you is such a blessing. We have a neighbor who just loves cutting them down. There ought to be a law against such people.
