The flat cap brigade. by happypat

The flat cap brigade.

The audience were as interesting as the beef today & quite a few old farmers putting the world to rights.

It was really hot in the ring & we had to wait ages for Grahams to go through but it was all very interesting.
I have looked down the catalogue & I counted at least 500 cattle in ring 2 alone.

This is a wonderful people, or should I say male shot. I'm sure they really did put the world to rights, they are much better at it than us girls :)Some of them were probably quite anxious, hoping that their beef got a good price.

A real buzz and perhaps a hum as well with all the heat. Unforgettable kind of day though!

My David would look at home here in his cap! He's not a farmer but he is from Lancashire! Another very interesting picture.
