I have been lazy today & am using two fillers simply because I have lost any idea of a picture today & a shame to waste these photos.
This is a reminder of our lovely time at the Olympics last week. As it is the last full day of competitions & thought I would show you what a great venue it was in Greenwich Park.
We deliberately picked the north stand as we could get the best view of the London skyline.
Three good things today.
1. The sun is out & it's warm.
2.I have had a lie in because for the first time in a few weeks I had no B&B breakfast. By the way @fanny where are you?
3.We are going out tonight with our neighbours to the Oyster Festival for an Irish night...Riverdance & all that.
I lived near to Greenwich Park when I was young and would go there often. The view over London is wonderful. It was a great venue for the show jumping.
What will we do next week with no Paralympics or Olympics ?
@jtookey150 Exactly Jean. My niece has been working for both the Olympics & Paralympics & she said they all nearly went into a decline in between the two. I think some of the ''gamesmakers ''will really miss that buzz,
Beautiful capture! I had planned to go to the Olympics but "things" got in the way. So I have enjoyed it on telly and through all the fabulous 365ers that have shared their photos. So thank you.
