You are all very encouraging.......must try earlier in the day on an empty stomach tomorrow. I must admit I am woefully amazed I am finding it such heavy going, I thought it would be easy & just a matter of building up to around 100 a go!! Ha Ha !
Hey it's a start. Good job, but I think you are right, you should wait and do it like 30 minutes before you eat, at least that is what I was told. That will help you to digest your meal better
