Our little icecream van is getting ready for the summer.
The garage doors are open & Bonds Icecream will soon be available on the lanes & roads of Great Eccleston any day now.
This icecream van is quite old as you can see by the number plate. The chap who used to own the village fish & chip shop drives it & he is not far behind in age. He must love that van as he's always checking it. Of course it makes the traditional icecream music. Thank you all for your lovely comments.
Sorry no time tonight for proper replies .....I have been out & all behind with commenting..... Funnily enough I am not too keen on icecream....I quite like it if it's really hot but would never pick it for a pudding over treacle sponge for instance!
Great open door to see this van looking so spruce for the season. Does it have music when it goes around? I expect there are children who will listen for it and rush inside to get the money! I agree about the treacle sponge .... or chocolate fudge pudding!
