A good job I had practised with the Rotarua Luge, it wasn't as big a deal!
Amazing views & the mist came down while we were there so a real launch into the unknown when we left the cafe at the top & got on the cable car to come down.
Ant says this place looks completely different in the winter. Covered with snow & really busy with all the skiers etc.
I can imagine this covered in snow but still good to experience in the summer. I notice you don't include 3 GT's in your photos. You started me doing this years ago. Maybe I should stop too - its a bit of an effort!
@maggiemae I never do 3 GT when on holiday, it's all good things bug the main reason is I want to keep off the iPad as much as possible when with family. Shall probably resume when I get home but yes a big of an effort sometimes!
