Beautiful. Never seen a frilly double one. We used to have hibiscus growing in the garden when we loved on the outskirts of London but here in Mid Wales where it's colder and wetter they don't seem to survive which is a shame.

Thank you all so much, Hibiscus grow very well here & there are so many flowering at the moment, some so frilled & layered & endless colors, must look for more on my walks.
