Great collage. This was one of the named mines I taught about years ago, i didn't think they were still mining there. The other two names that come to mind are Ballarat and Bendigo
@kelly2 Hi Irene, thanks for commenting, the mines still operate only on a smaller scale & Broken Hill is hoping for a boost in mining in the near future. The town is well kept & with so many Artists based there they have many visitors. We have visited Ballarat & Bendigo, very different towns but, just as interesting to visit. Bendigo especially for pottery.
