I think he is a mature male water dragon because of the red chest.
The waitress said he is a popular visitor.

the red chest means he is a he and it's breeding time. like male birds changing to breeding plumage :) he's lovely, I hope people don't feed him

@koalagardens No one considers feeding these beauties...the coffee shop is on the property of a Cancer Rehabilitation Centre on acreage & the wild life is wonderful...we support this wonderful place for most of our get togethers. He is lovely isn't he!
