Safe Nesting.. Day 7 ~

You will notice the nest is sitting only on part of the debris grate.
Mum & eggs are safe for the moment. Light rain today...
iNFO: A typical clutch contains 4 to 8 greenish-white eggs that are incubated for about 35–40 days. Incubation begins after the laying of the last egg, to synchronise the hatching of the chicks.

I hope she raises them safely. it always makes me sad when people call animals 'silly' for their choice of nesting sites when they don't really have many choices. that's a big nest!
