prekelia (Sprekelia formosissima) ~

also known as Jacobean Lily, Aztec Lily, Mexican Fire Lily they grow very well in full sun. The flower is gorgeous!

In Queensland they tend to flower at all times of the year& this beauty is in my neighbor's garden.

Native to rocky Mexican hillsides, Aztec Lily prefers a warm climate.
