Unexpected Heavy Storm ~

This pigeon was caught under the tree & waited out the rain.
Around 3.30 pm yesterday it was nearly as dark as night.
Thunder & lightning & the rain poured down. Nearly 25 ml.
We almost felt guilty but, we can’t control the weather.
The temp. dropped from 34 C to 28 C. quickly.
We so pray for rain in the fire areas.

I believe however that there were huge winds and a lot damage to roofs and trees up there?
No rain here and we are gearing up for a very bad fire week.
