I wandered up the garden after Ben and Sam had gone to bed (actually, Jan was still reading with Ben) and possibly for the first time this year it was light enough to be able to get some photos (although it was pushing it a little). This is the view down our garden, back towards the house with a newly mown lawn, and one of the hives on the left, and the view towards the Malverns peeking through the trees.
I liked the bluey evening light and the bluebells and forget-me-nots, and everything looking lush and green after all the rain. I really love our garden!

Well, actually it is a round piece of wood screwed onto the top of a tress stump from a dead tree we cut down to make a picnic table. But it could double for an intergalactic landing pad for alien visitors, as long as they aren't too big.
