Started the day at Paris Opera House, before hopping on an open topped bus to the Arc de Triomphe. Then back on the bus and on to the Louvre where we had lunch by the Seine and then Ben was very pleased to get to see the actual, real, proper Mona Lisa (whilst largely ignoring countless other great works of art). Back on the bus again to Notre Dame, and finally tea in a little restaurant in the Latin quarter before heading home.
In Notre Dame they were holding a service, and the smoke from the incense burners caught the light as it rose past the windows.
