As it is Bonfire night I wanted to go out and try some fireworks photos, but, being a Monday, Jan went out singing, and I was left on bedtime duties. So instead I sat reading stories, whilst outside I could hear the fireworks going off around us.
So I tried to think of an alternative that was appropriate to mark the date. I could not think of any way to fake fireworks that was practical or safe, and didn't want to burn the house down, so instead I have recreated the bonfire upon which Guy Fawkes' effigy is traditionally burnt, from forks.
