Tulips

We went to the Malvern Spring Show today. Well, I say we. Jan hurt her back yesterday and so opted to stay at home with Sam, so Ben and I went with Granny and Grandad. These are tulips from one of the displays.

Lovely colourful shot - but are you sure they are poppies? Looks like wide open tulips from this angle.

@annemary You are absolutely right - they are Tulips. I confused myself as I had just photographed some ladybird poppies. I will correct it.

@harveyzone My Dad had some similar to this but possibly larger as they were absolutely huge. We called them the satellite dish tulips!
