At work we are currently going through the process of breaking up the Programme Team that has, for the last 8+ years, served all of the Worcestershire NHS organisations. We are now being divvied up between the organisations. We thought it would be fitting to mark the end with a night out, and we even bought our manager a few little parting gifts. Here is Chris reading his card with Olgun and Alan whilst awaiting desserts.
If we wait another 5 years I suspect we will all be bought back together in the same team again, such is the continually changing nature of the NHS.
To true (last para). A friend of mine was reorganised 3 times in 5 years and after reapplying for her own job each time, doing the same things, had three different job titles.
