A wooer

This big beautiful spider is a female Wasp spider. By the right pair of front legs, this little creature is a male. The female allowed him to be very close, which means there will be something. The suitor will be devoured after all, unless he has time to escape.
Beautiful shot. Lovely spider. Most unexpected.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond This is her moult at the top. I only have doubts if the male is still alive. But if she had caught him, she would have wrapped him tightly.
