Christmas street by haskar

Christmas street

I lowered the lens a bit to avoid being burned out by the lantern. But that dark band at the bottom is probably too big. There's still some time to practice these shots.
Lovely capture of the lights at night. (I'm so new to this that I don't see the weaknesses that you do, Hannah. This looks great to me!) Fav

The street decorations are lovely. For me, not too much foreground. The concern I have is that nothing is in focus. Hope it's ok that I say that.

Nice blue and gold. I’d like more focus too

Outstanding capture.

Our photo club just talked about photographing holiday lights. The best tip I got was to expose for the shadow. The camera will probably try to expose for the light.

Think you might have been better at f/4 or 5.6 to give a faster speed and more clarity

Beautiful shot

A lovely bokeh.Fav😊

I think it's a good shot and could be cropped or composed to avoid the larger foreground area. But those are artistic choices. I like the blurry lights- very festive.
