So since I am prone to suggestion and obviously not very bright, today I caved in and tried the new dastardly offering by KFC, the "Double Down." If you are not familiar with it (and you should NOT be if you're smart, and want to live to see grandkids...) it is a chicken sandwich that has no bread - just two slabs of meat with bacon and cheese in the middle. The first five bites were to die for. The last five bites made me wish I were already dead... I did not eat all of it - but I ate way more than I should have! There are not enough sit-ups in the world to undo what I have done...
You can get it with the grilled chicken, which I suppose is better for you... But I think if you're going to do such a thing - you should just go for the gusto!! (and grease... ;)
