I'm supposed to be packing for vacation. I'm having a little trouble getting things done... Today was a blur so here is a picture of a nice tree in my yard. Less than three years ago I didn't even know this tree existed since it was totally overgrown by a wild rose bush. I trimmed the rose way back and found this sad little sumac underneath. It has made a grand recovery - as you can see. I love the shape of the leaves. Some people don't like them because they are messy but I will always take more shade...
