So we finally got around to cooking our big corn crop for the year. Granted we had to supplement it with a few from the supermarket. You will never, NEVER guess which ones are which... (Ha Ha, don't I wish!) I am happy to report they were edible - if not terrific. The words "feed corn" did pop into my head upon a couple of bites... But progress was made and corn was eaten and we are awfully proud of ourselves! Next year we are shooting for enough to feed the whole family...
