When I was little someone told me; "If you see a cloud with a hole in it, it means a king has died." I no longer remember who told me this but I thought about the words again today. An important member of my extended family passed away. It wasn't a king - but she was the queen of her family, that is for sure. I saw this cloud at the train station and couldn't help but think it was for her. We will miss you Carol. Rest in Peace.
How very moving, and how stunning it is when things converge in this fashion. I never heard that expression, but it's sure to return to me someday when I see a sight like this. I'm sorry you've lost someone close to you; it's never an easy thing.
