Ok, so here's what REALLY happened... Finn had a doctors appointment in Concord and we had some time to kill afterwards so I took them over to The Old North Bridge because Finn had been asking questions about the Revolutionary War. Michael proceeded to run around like the crazy person he is and fell on the ice at least once. Finn read all the signs aloud to his brothers but changed the words so that they ended up mentioning Michael doing something silly. This person (who's gender I *still* haven't figured out) wouldn't get off the bridge long enough for me to get a better picture of it - and kept giving us dirty looks to boot. Battle Road is actually better known as 2A -and is really the most direct route to Cambridge (most likely the reason the Redcoats retreated on it.) The boys slept the whole way and didn't see a thing. And Washington's Headquarters is better known as The Longfellow House. It happens to be where David works - we were just there to pick him up... The first version sounded pretty good though, didn't it?! :-)
