Another amazing action shot taken by my iPad. (Which, if you've ever tried to take action shots with an iPad, will strike you as only semi sarcastic... ;) Mike set up these hurdles himself tonight while his Dad played soccer on the fields off to the right. You might be amazed to learn that he actually cleared them all. I'm no Edwin Moses myself, but I'd say his form could use a little work. The look of determination though - that he's got down!! ;-)
Hi from Lunenburg! :D Now, about that wonderful picture, what comes to mind, is how short a time ago, he was a new born baby! How do they learn to do that sort of thing in so short a time! Way to go Mike! In my BEST years, I never could do anything like that!
@Weezilou I'm with you Louise. I tried to show him how you are supposed to look jumping over them and thought to myself "Good Lord, no way I can do that!" ;) they do grow up too fast - but that's another reason I love this project. It makes me capture the moments in time - I now have Mike this age forever...
