I filled all of my bird feeders to the tippy top yesterday. Good thing because apparently today was some sort of Bird Feeding Frenzy Snow Day - at least in this neck of the woods! I have never seen so many at once at the feeders - and all day long! At one point I counted 49 birds at one time - give or take. (Those buggers move around a lot! ;) This was one of the few peaceable scenes - without the bully Grackles to cause trouble and push the smaller birds off. The feeders are ALL empty now. I kid you not! What a day for the birds.... :-)
