Keep Your Eye On The Ball

Don't you just love the look of intensity on all three faces? I would like to say this was another of my attempts at action photography - and a reasonable one at that.....but I didn't actually take this picture. Michael, my 11 year old did. This was right before Cashel's second hit of the game. Mike was goofing around with the camera for the first time ever in his life. He didn't even know what any of the buttons were for. And yet, he still had the good sense to zoom in pretty well so that even though I took what I thought was a good picture of Cashel's first hit, looking at them later, Mike's was better! Can't say I'm not a proud Mom all around. Cash is officially batting a thousand and Mike is taking pictures worth adding to my project. (i.e. better!) Pretty good for a Tuesday... :-)
well done michael!

I read once that a good sports shot had four eyes and a ball. This one has six eyes and the ball! Great shot, Mike--and great batting, Cashel. Fav.
