Our Memorial Day was lovely and we got to catch up with relatives we don't get to see enough. I didn't think to get a picture of the boys and their cousins having a ball so I am using another from Saturday's trip to Willard Brook.
This holiday is a time for reflection. On a day where we honor those who've made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom, it is also a good time to count our blessings. And I have so many blessings to count I wouldn't know where to begin.... Not the least of which is being surrounded by beauty - if I only stop to look - as I spend my days with the people I love.
