Another Saturday of conflicting games for the boys so today I opted for Mike's. It was my first game watching at the "major league" level and the quality and excitement was definitely a little higher. The boy in the back with the black helmet hit a 3 run home run that actually left the ballpark - just like the big leagues! The whole team came out to greet him as he crossed home plate and I just love the looks of pure joy on their faces as they ran back to the dugout. Both boys got hits and their teams won today so the season is definitely off to a great start around here.
