The temperatures were below 40 degrees when I got up this morning. That may seem like nothing in the Spring but the first time it happens this time of year, it definitely seems a bit much! A neighbor, obviously more prepared than I, had a fire going as I got the household moving (sluggishly) this morning and the smoke in the air made for some lovely light. It did warm up - sort of - but I'm pretty sure summer is officially over here.... :-)
