Mike's team played the first game of the Major's "Championship" tonight against the dreaded Dodgers. They had the best record in the regular season but the Red Sox were the better team on the field tonight - to the point where they even had to institute the "mercy rule" and we all got to get out of the heat a little early. (Yay!!) Now they just have to do it again tomorrow and they'll be champs! Fingers crossed....because it's supposed to be another hot one! :-)
