and Letting Go. These days I have to stand on tip-toes to record my 14 year-old's height on the kitchen door frame. True, I'm only 5'4" but will he EVER stop growing? And I'm having to learn to let go as he goes off an an awesome trip with his friends this weekend. Independence is a good thing! I'll keep taking deep breaths and try not to fret...
I've gone black and white here and a bit blurry to mask the fact it was a quickly taken snapshot first thing this morning (baggy jumper, hair not brushed and no make-up - me, I mean, not my son!) but hope his funny long-suffering expression is still visible.
