I hope a purple skirt will be acceptable in lieu of a shirt? I didn't have much time and couldn't get my camera at the right angle to include the top half without losing the purple shoes. And I love these purple shoes with an unquenchable passion, so I couldn't bear to cut them off. I bought them to wear to my Grandma's funeral last year. We shared a love of purple (amethyst, irises) amongst many other things (writing, drawing, Mrs Beaton, primroses, double pack patience, stories). I'm happy to be able to flaunt them again in support of Epilepsy Day.
Over-the-Moon Awesome! That's a wonderfully creative vantage point & adorable outfit! Thanks for your sweet note...may you have many Happy Anniversaries in the years ahead! (May I make a little suggestion to add the tag "Purple_Shirt_Day" with the underscores. There's some more pictures over there, too.)
Sweet photo! And the shoes...wow! Purple is a great color for you. I love the crop on this photo or perhaps that is just the way you shot it? Regardless, I love it!
What a lovley photo. Perfectly posed in purple! What a nice connection you have to the memory of your Grandma - what could be nicer than purple shoes. Thanks for participating in this worthwhile cause.
Love the picture!
I'm actually not really interested in shoes (I mention it, because I don't know a lot of women who share this with me ;-)...), but I definitely adore those!
I never like heels but your shoes are fabulous!I like how shiny they are. :)
So Fab!
And fun too
