I've been sitting at my desk all day plotting dastardly crimes. I need to come up with four more Adventure Island mysteries for our young heros to solve. I find figuring out what the baddies can be getting up to the hardest part of writing; stealing, smuggling, blackmailing and spying all day is hard work! I've been staring at these lovely pink tulips on my windowsill waiting for inspiration to strike, but maybe that's where I'm going wrong. These are far too soft and pretty for getting into the mindset of a criminal mastermind. I should replace them with a tank of piranha fish or a rack of laser-powered gadgets...
Baddies would chop those beautiful heads off and then poison a stew with the bulbs .... I like the tulips as they are though ... so maybe I don't qualify as a baddie!
They are lovely though! You should have come on my walk - I past the same group of ne'er do wells bunking off school three times. I bet they could have given you some ideas!
