Castle on a Cliff

In Norwich on Friday (just too early to catch the premiere of the new Alan Partridge film, sadly!) for an author visit to a primary school. Lovely school, lovely children, lovely sunshine, although it was doing its best to roast all alive through big windows of Victorian school building. This fab illustration is not Norwich castle, but Key Castle, high on the cliffs from The Mystery of the Whistling Caves. You can see those caves at the bottom. I love the way the rocks are falling. This was just one of the pictures - all the class had done them, and they are only Year 3, which makes them around 8. Some talented artists and illustrators in the making there.
