In Norway we don't usually wish each other a Happy New Year until the new year has started. Instead, in the days (and weeks) leading up to December 31st. we say to each other: "Takk for det gamle", litterally "Thanks for the old one" (the old year).
So after this shot, my last one of 2021 is taken it is time to sit down on the bench and enjoy the view and reflect on the the year that is coming to an end.
