It is supposed to start service in November. The tunnel the tram has to pass through to get here is 2.9 kilometers long. Since they need an evacuation route in case of emergencies they are building another tunnel parallel with the light rail tunnel. This tunnel will also be used as a bike/pedestrian tunnel and when it is finished it will be the longest bike tunnel in Europe!
I am now working on getting my bike ready for the opening. Should be some nice photo-ops from the ride through that bike tunnel :-)
