On my way to jury duty every day, I pass this home in Mays Landing. I had noticed the flowering tree was the same colour as the house's trim. Today on the way I took the picture of the tree and the home. I took another photo of the front. I liked them both, so I put them together as a collage. Both photos by themselves are sooc.

@mittens Thank you Marilyn, that is what caught my eye @scooter Thank you Scooter, it is probably over 100 years old but has been kept in great shape. @shutterbugger Thank you Jenn, porches really add to the character of a house @pamfromcalgary Thank you Pam, several years ago Gail & I took a Rocky Mountaineer & bus tour that ended up in Calgary. We really enjoyed the scenery both city and rural and your photos help us relive a great vacation.
@miata2u Thank you Peggy, I liked them both & I saw in a discussion someone else just put two together @jjsooner Thank you Jennifer, I like this type of architecture
@seattle Thank you Constance, Victorians are so pretty especially in springtime @silverhorn Thank you Rose, I felt a single view did not give the full feeling of this house
What a lovely house. I love architecture like that. Not sure I would have gone with pink as the trim color but, as someone mentioned, it does match the tree perfectly.
@sourkraut Thank you Lina, pink is a common accent colour around here on Victorians @naomi Thank you Naomi @vernabeth thank you Beth, glad your Internet is back now. @bill_d Thank you Bill, I find 100+ year architecture interesting
what a great house and all the detail. I bet they actually planned the trim to match the tree too. I have not been down to Atlantic County all that much but sounds like a field trip maybe in the fall!
@lislee75 Thank you Lisa, Well cared for Victorian Homes - like this one - have a lot of character @brumbe Thank you Paula, the best place to see a lot of great looking Victorians is Cape May county
