In an antebellum house, we lived in we found this catalog from the early part of the 20th century. We have salted our current house with some interesting tidbits so someone someday will be able to find our "treasures"
Retired educator - taught mathematics in high school, went back to graduate school, worked in research labs, and finally went back and taught computer science...
How cool Harry. The only thing we got from the former owners was some junk in the back yard and the original blueprints for the house. That was kind of cool. Oh, and we also found the original inspection sheet when the house was first built too.

My Grandma had some old magazines like these - I think they were Sears catalogues, and I used to LOVE looking through them. I wonder if she got rid of them?
