Scanning Old Minute Books by hjbenson

Scanning Old Minute Books

This morning went to town hall to scan and adjust the minute books from the 19th century. Pictured above is Iva, vice president of the Buena Historical Society, scanning. Also example of a pre- and post-enhanced page

I love to see the handwriting from that period. It seemed like everyone could write beautifully....and now cursive is becoming a lost art. It's sad.

great collage... and what fun! I hope some day to be on our historical society when my kids are grown and off on their own and there are no more swim meets or football games or basketball games or baseball games or girl scout functions or concerts.... LOL! I'm going to need something to help keep me busy.
